Since 2011, Fabulous Female Boutique has been the place women in northern Ohio come when they want an honest opinion, a real conversation, and clothing that actually works for their life.
We carry better quality apparel, jewelry, accessories, and gifts — thoughtfully chosen for women who care about how they look and value someone who'll tell them the truth in the dressing room. Not just what sells. What works.
Our two locations — downtown Sandusky and Harbor Light Landing near Catawba Island — feel like walking into a place where you belong. You'll be greeted like a friend, given space to look around, and helped by people who genuinely know this store and care about getting it right for you.

About Kim
I spent eleven and a half years as a buyer and manager for another local retail business — and I loved every bit of it. But I wanted more. More challenge, more ownership, more opportunity to make a real difference for the women I served.
Several sales reps who believed in me encouraged me to take the leap. So I did. I started with jewelry and accessories at the Sandusky Mall, added apparel, moved to better locations, and eventually grew into the two boutiques you'll find us in today.
The decision was never really about retail. It was about women.
I have known so many amazing women in my lifetime — and when I realized I could have a genuine positive impact on women who needed help I could actually provide, I was all in. The moment that still drives me after all these years? When a woman comes out of the dressing room lit up with a big smile. That moment never gets old. Reliving those moments as I write this gives me those same good feelings all over again.
That's why Fabulous Female exists.

About Our World
My husband Gary has been with me every step of the way — doing the things I can't do or don't have time to do, and cheering on me and Team Fabulous every single day. Our two children are both married and between them we have five grandchildren who fill our lives with joy. Our oldest granddaughter even works with me at Harbor Light Landing when she has a little free time — which makes those days especially sweet.
We believe in this community as much as we believe in the women we serve. You'll find us supporting the Humane Society of Erie and Ottawa Counties, the Ottawa County Community Foundation, the Magruder Hospital Auxiliary, Club Red, and local sports teams that happen to include a few of our grandchildren.
This is our home. These are our people. And this boutique is our way of giving back to both.
